I’m Melody Hackett, and I’ve spent more than 30 years building a reputation for integrity, reliability, and results in an industry I truly love. As a woman in construction, I’ve learned how to lead with both strength and collaboration — bringing people together, solving problems before they become obstacles, and creating a smoother, more predictable experience for every client I serve.

My career has taken me from hands‑on field work to executive leadership, where I’ve opened new divisions, launched successful programs, and helped companies achieve record‑breaking growth. But what matters most to me is the relationships behind the work. I believe clients deserve a partner who listens, communicates clearly, and advocates for their best interests at every step.

I’m Blake Henry, and I bring more than 15 years of experience in the construction industry. Before launching our construction group, I spent many years as a top-performing manager within a large corporation, where I developed the leadership, discipline, and industry knowledge that continue to guide our company today. My experience leading teams, managing complex projects, and building long-term client relationships has shaped the customer-first approach we bring to every job.

At the core of our business is the belief that strong relationships are the foundation of success. We take pride in treating every customer, partner, and team member with honesty, respect, and professionalism.
